Brief Answer:
Probable fracture of the 1st metatarsal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry for being late on your query. The query is very short to get useful information or satisfying reply. Hence many doctors should have opted out to answer.
In my opinion this age is common for osteopenic fracture. 1st meta tarsal is the commonest location because of the stress and the weight it bears.
You should get an Xray of the bone first and see it at an Orthopedic surgeon. If there is confirmed diagnosis the doctor can prescribe you treatment.
Continue on calcium and Vitamin D supplements like you are already on.

Let me know other concerns if any.

Good luck.

Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
