What Causes Soreness On Top Of The Left Breast?

Question: I woke up yesterday with a soreness on the top of my left breast where the muscle is. It is still sore today. What do you think it is? It isn't pain just soreness. Please advise. Could I have pulled a muscle?

Of course it can be pulled muscle. However to pull muscle you must somehow injure it with physical activity for example. Pulled muscle does not appear for no reason.
Every breast symptom should be also checked with possible tumor. It can appear with soreness.
So it would be good to have breast ultrasound and mammography done. Not right away, but in a close future.
You may try painkillers and hot bath. If its a muscle, the pain should subside.
