Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to address your query.

Since you have acknowledged that there is no bruise and the skin over the stomach is intact, I would like to know some more information to help you better.

Since how long has your stomach been hurting? What do you do when it hurts?Does the pain subside then?

Do you have any history of acidity -painful belching, burning sensation in the stomach, irritation of the throat after you wake up from bed in the morning?Nausea?

Are you regular to your food habits?Do you have your meal timely?Do you have spicy/fatty/oily foods?Soda?

Had you been on any exercise/unaccustomed work/game in the recent past?

Was there a history of injury in the recent past?

Awaiting your reply.
