What Causes Soreness In The Rib Cage Muscles?

Question: Hi Dr. Shehu, I am replying to your email of December 9th. XXXXXXX XXXX.
Each week I get worse, and no one can find a diagnosis. My angiogram showed perfect heart, valves, and less than 10% artery occlusion. My lung CT scan showed everything working fine. Lung capacity normal, oxygen content normal, all blood tests, including some run by a respirologist for mysanthia gravis - no enzymes or raised antibodies. My soreness is all across the bottom of my lungs and my diaphragm does not expand laterally when I breathe, my RMT noticed, and upon a light touch, the muscles are like rocks. That is where I am at now.

I am working with a naturopath with IV - Vitamin C for immune, and some intestinal cleansing to build up my health.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back.

It's a great thing that all the recent test especially those for myastenia and cardio pulmonary issues were normal.

Your symptoms may be related to chest region muscle and skeletal issues, or to GERD.

Please continue with actual treatment and schedule for an upper endoscopy to exclude GERD or other gastrointestinal problems.

Wish you health!
