Brief Answer:
Honey every 2 hours visit a urgent clinic

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

You seem to have severe sore throat (acute pharyngitis) that is spreading down to the voice box (laryngitis) and large airways (bronchitis) that could be caused by allergy or infection. There is swelling and thus you have sorethroat and voice tiredness. You should suck on 1 Tsp of honey every 2 hours to soothen the sorethroat. You can gargle dispersible aspirin (if not allergic to) every 6 hours as it can reduce the swelling.

As you keep coughing the pressure in the abdomen increases leading to stress incontinence and urine dripping out of the bladder, you need adult diapers as well. So take over the counter cough medication.

I would not suggest a 61 yr old unattended in such severe symptoms in fact should see a urgent clinic as soon as possible for a prescription of antibiotic. The above remedies would only help you temporary.

Let me know if you have questions.
