Based on the images oral candidiasis is the most likely diagnosis.

Chlorhexidine gluconate mouthwash along with clotrimazole 1% anti fungal mouth paint would help in faster resolution. Fluconazole oral medication can be added if the candida persists or there is any related immune suppression.

By sugar content do you mean your blood sugar levels ?

If so kindly state the exact levels and inform me if you are diabetic or not..

If by sugar content , you mean to say that you have been having increased sugar intake in diet then you can start limiting the intake and it wont be that big an issue.
