Brief Answer:
try Deworming and warm bath before sleep

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I would like to suggest a few tips
1. Try Deworming with albendazole. I usually give 200mg once at night and repeat it after 2 weeks.
2. Also try giving a warm bath before bedtime. This will help promote natural onset of sleep.
3. Avoid gadgets like XXXXXXX and TV or tablet before sleep.
4. Tell him stories or read books to him to keep him attentive to you.
5. Avoid late night snacks especially sweets and chocolates.
6. Good dinner with vegetables and fruits should help fill his tummy and thus would promote sleep.

Wishing your child good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
