Brief Answer:
Provide additional information, apply 2% mintop

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.

I have gone through your query, it will be better if you can explain what is that is bothering you. What breakout you are mentioning here.

Biotin is sometimes used orally to address hair loss, but there are not sufficient scientific evidence to prove is effectiveness.

I would have advised you 2% mintop solution, it had to be applied to affected area, twice daily. It should be applied regularly, and it requires at least 3 month of regular use to show some improvement.

Hope this helps. I'll be glad to answer your further query.

Take care.
