Brief Answer:
Best option is surgical repair

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This is so called habitual shoulder luxations or chronic shoulder instability.
This is not uncommon in young men and this happens due to malfunction of shoulder rotatory muscles or abnornal shape of humeral head.
In his case there is sign of previous injury and damage of scapula labrum. it means that edges of glenoid is broken so humerus is mor emoveable and it slips easily.
Therapy can be nonsurgical but in most cases is unsuccesful. It includes certain exercises, physical therapy and avodiing certain moves.
But as I said, nature of this disorder is chronic and often recur.
So it would be the best to do surgical procedure which can be done artroscopically today.

Wish you good health. Regards
