Thank.you for writing on health care magic

Well I have gone through your history. You seem.to have multiple problems which look unrelated to each other. I would like to ask you a few more queries before guiding you further:

1. The pain in your left arm has been going on since when. ?is there tingling and numbness also?/any neck pain which is associated.?

2. Is the pain continuous or once in a while?

3. Does it get worse on activity

4. About the chest pain and burning, is it more after food or more on empty stomach.

5. Do you consume lot of hot liquids

6. Any history of irritability or forgetfulness?

7. Are the stress levels high in your life

Do let me know these queries

Would try and guide you further

Regard

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

thanks for your reply

Well the sort of symptoms you are experiencing doesnt fit much into arthritis. I will give you a few advises and try to incorporate into your life style

1. You need to start taking Vitamin D supplements. It will help ease the pain in the arms you are having and the overall fatigue level will improve as well

2. Have your evening meal early and give a time period of at least 2 hours before you lie down or go to bed. Avoid heavy meals in the night. If it is still bad take an Antacid( Pantaprazole) along with syrup mucaine gel or sucralfate.

3. The irritability and forgetfullness are a part of a syndrome called Fibromyalgia. You can read up on net about it and see if your symptoms fit into it. It can cause all the wide pains and the other symptoms you are experiencing

Do let me know when you read about it and if your symptoms fit into it

Regards
