Brief Answer:
Could be due to thyroid hormones or electrolyte imbalance

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. The trembling of your hands and fingers could be due to a number of causes.
* Altered thyroid hormonal levels could give rise to such a presentation. I would insist you to get your thyroid profile checked. Please upload the reports thereafter and I would guide you accordingly.
* Electrolyte imbalance could be another possible cause. I would insist you to take juicy fruits like citrus fruits, as well as bananas since they contain plenty of potassium which should help.
* Calcium deficiency could be a cause. It could occur in females of your age. Taking calcium supplements should help.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
