What Causes Severe Shoulder And Back Pain?
Question: Dear Sir,
My Mother is having Left side Shoulder/Back Pain from past 3 months.i'm not sure what we should do for this.Could you please suggest the remedies and root cause for the same.
Recently i had a Cardic package test for my mother Cardiologist mentioned everything seems to be fine attached the report for the same.
My mother is having sugar from XXXXXXX 12 years just wanted to confirm if sugar is more whether we would get pain in back .BBa1c is 8.9 as attached in the report.
Could you please review the report and let us know if anything is causing the Left side Shoulder/Back Pain.

I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.
I have gone through all the reports which you have uploaded. In addition to deranged blood sugar and elevated HbA1c, vitamin D deficiency exists(23.88). Shoulder pain in case of Diabetes, can be due to Frozen shoulder.So, It needs to be evaluated by a Rheumatologist. Further, correction of vitamin D is likely to improve the pain along with physiotherapy. Syrup Arachitol nano once a week for 8 weeks should be taken, followed by monthly once.Along with calcium tablets should be taken.

As mentioned by you to take Syrup Arachitol nano once a week for 8 weeks jsut wanted to confirm if it is safe for Diabetes to take also is it safe to take along with the tablets GLYCOMET GP 1MG and MACALVIT 500MG Calcium Supplement Since my mother is taking tohose medications currently for Diabetes.
Also Vitamin D Deficiency Doctor suggested to Take Uprise D3 6Lakh units once a week for 4 months. So whether Syrup Arachitol nano can be taken along with that or any one of them is enough?
