What Causes Severe Penile Sores While On Bactrim?

Question: I took BACTRIM. Two days later had severe sores on penis crown and a day later painful dark spots over 40% of tongue. Tongue reaction disappeared two days after stopping SULFA consumption. Penis sore still viable after 4 weeks.
