Brief Answer:
Plantar fasciitis
Detailed Answer:
The heel pain you are complaining of looks to be due to plantar fasciitis. Usually it is relieved with muscle relaxant medicines. But most of the time steroid injection gives a long term relief. I suggest you to consult an orthopedician and confirm the diagnosis.
And the nerve pain you are complaining of is due to vit. B12 deficiency. It is better treated with Vit B12 injections.
Any issue do follow up.
Take care.
