I have studied your case. Pain in shoulder on inhaling is mostly due to muscle spasm. It can occur due to sudden movement or any jerky during travelling. Before I advised you any thing I would like to know little detail of the illness.
1. Since when you are having this problem?
2. Do you have cough or pain in whole hand or only shoulder?
3.Do you sit in front of computer for long time ?
