Brief Answer:
It can be due to myopathy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I can assure you that this pain is not related to your fall. It is caused by Prevastatin. It is a drug used to control cholesterol. In some patients specially old age females it causes myopathy. This leads to severe muscle and joint pain. Your doctor did right thing by stopping it. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Do not take this group of medicines in future.
2. Get your urine examination for myoglobulin and blood Creatinine Kinase. If these are raised than diagnosis is confirmed.
3. Avoid pain killers, Tramadol is safe for you.
4.Good nutrition, Regular Calcium and vitamin D, Vitamin B 12 will be helpful.
5. Tablet Carnisure is also good for you.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if you want to ask any other questions.
Thanks.
