Brief Answer:
To check for possible cause ?typhoid and start treatment as advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM
I am Dr Dinah and will be answering your query today.

Firstly before coming to diagnosis and treatment, we must rule out the underlying cause for your hair fall.

-Since how long do you have this problem ? did it start suddenly ?

-Do you have a family history or genetic hair loss problem, any male pattern baldness in family? In this case you will be more prone to hair fall.

-Any history of recent illness, stress, fever, medication, etc? I notice you had typhoid recently. This is a common cause for hair fall during recovery till your body regains its strength.

Other causes to consider are hormonal(thyroid etc), dandruff, any lifestyle or residence change, change in water, any new hair products or styling procedures done?

If you can pin point any such cause, it needs to be seen to first to get best results.
These causes need to be considered and treated as they affect hair growth.
Also do check if you are losing hair anywhere else on the body.

You can start on hair vitamin supplement capsules containing biotin daily and serums for scalp. Minoxidil is another solution.

But before starting the application, do consult a dermatologist to diagnose the type of hair fall you have and which of these treatments will suit you best.

Treatment needs to be taken for at least 2-3 months
If there is no recovery, they may also suggest some routine blood tests if required.

But do keep in mind that your body will take time to recover and replenish itself after illness. Make sure to have a healthy diet , lots of fluids and adequate rest. Only then will the hair get the nutrition it needs.

Hope this helps you. Feel free to contact me with any further doubts/clarifications.
Have a nice day and take care.

Hi Dr. Dinah,
I am suffering hair fall from last one year promptly.

In my family nobody resembles the pattern of hair fall as I have.

I don't have any such illness which could cause this problem.

What I could think is because of water this problem started.

As of now I have tried homeopathic hair oil from Silver and tablet. I also tried ayurvedic medicine from XXXXXXX I have tried recently Kesh King hair oil(not sure if you are aware of this).
None of these seems working. The hair density from the parietal section I. E. from the top is becoming very less.
Please let me know if you need any more information.
Thanks and regards,
doctor

Brief Answer:
Lifestyle and typhoid related hairfall. Treat as advised and follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
thank you for getting back to me.
Change of place of residence and the water is a very common cause for hair fall to start. This has been further increased after the typhoid fever.
So as advised, you may start on multivitamins for hair growth containing biotin and apply a minoxidil solution at night. From your pattern of hair loss is seems to be male pattern as well, so this may continue as you age, so it is necessary to continue treatment for a few months until you observe an improvement.
First hair fall will slowly reduce and then you will notice new hair growing.
Along with this have a healthy diet and lifestyle.
Observe for a month and then visit a dermatologist regarding follow up and further medication.
Hope this helps you.
