What Causes Severe Dizziness After Getting Out Of Bed?
Question: I have severe dizziness after getting out of bed in the mornings This subsides a little after a while but I am left feeling slightly nauseous with a headache and pressure behind both eyes

thank you for clarifying. In that case a neurological cause like tension headache or migraine is possible. Usual treament would include relaxtion techniques, NSAID Medication like ibuprofene, and treatment of possible tense back mucles (warmth, sports like swimming, joga, physical therapy).
If not better with that, neurologicol consultation advisable.
