Question: I am having yellow stools for the last few weeks having more gas with diaherra intermittently. What can be causing this change

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about change in your stool. I will suggest that you check your diet to see what changes have been going on. I will suggest that you try to eliminate all that has been added recently to your diet. Also, avoid mixing several different food types at once. If this fails to address your diarrhea, then I will recommend a stool exam as initial tests for evaluation. In addition, imodium is not really helpful unless the diarrhea demands so much and interferes a lot with normal live. Drinking much water is highly recommended to compensate for any eventual fluid losses.
