Question: i have a cough and when I cough real hard I get those sharp pains again under my
breast rib cage and it makes you want to keel over they only last a few minutes but painful sometimes left side sometimes right side whats going on

How many days you have cough and sharp pains?
Do you have fever during this time or flu like symptoms?

Rib pain from coughing may be something simple, but can be a serious problem and could be from several different causes.
Furthermore I suggest to do a physical examination and pulmonary auscultation by a pneumologist and thoracal X-ray.
