Brief Answer:
Most likely muskoskeletal pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query.
I completely understand your concern.
Pain which aggravates by movement or breathing(in the absence of history of trauma or other significant complaints like cough or fever) is most likely due to spasm of muscle spasm.
I would suggest you to give her some analgesic like ibuprofen/aceclofenac with muscle relaxant like chlorzoxazone/Tizanidine.
Avoid movements which aggravates the pain.
If pain persists or gets worsened get her evaluated by a physician for clinical evaluation and management accordingly.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more query.
Wishing for your child's speedy recovery.
Regards
