Brief Answer:
Need for antifungal agents

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

You seem to have developed an eczematised fungal infection . Such an infection needs to be treated with regular application of antifungal steroid combination creams over the affected .
Proper cleaning of the area is very important .
Regular washing with soap and water followed by drying and application of the medicine for atleast two to three weeks has to be done ,
Wear cotton undergarments so as to decrease sweating.
You might need a course of oral antifungal drugs if the infection tends to persist.

Brief Answer:
Need to take treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have seen the attached pictures.
You need to regularly take treatment with both topical and oral anti fungals.
You will have to see a nearby dermatologist for confirmation of the diagnosis and further treatment.
In this forum ,I cannot prescribe any medicines.
