Brief Answer:
Consult Physician and Gynecologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

The pain below the rib on the right side could be part of arthritis.

Loss of appetite, loosing weight are of concern. I suggest you consult physician and Gynecologist for thorough general check up. This is necessary. This also helps to understand whether pain under the rib is just arthritis or due to lung/liver disease.
You need to get your hemoglobin, liver and renal function tests, Vitamin D level and ultrasound of uterus and ovaries done.

At around age 52 usually women wake up about two times in the night to urinate.
May be you are drinking less water at evening and night and that is why not waking up to urinate. If you are passing enough urine during day time, this is not a problem at all.
I hope this helps.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
