Brief Answer:
For how long has this been going on? Have you had any surgery?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Have you ever had any surgery of the prostate? Do you have any other symptoms in addition to this? And when you say a small drip, is it a recent change in amount or has always been this way?

I am so sorry to hear about this small sperm volume that you have reported. The first issue would be to look at how long this has been happening. If this is a recent observation, then there is no need to get worried about it. Observing longer to make sure it is for sure concerning would be the next best step to take.

If this has been happening for long, the most likely cause could be retrograde ejaculation. This happens when some of the semen moves out into the bladder rather than come out. This can be addressed with medication but we need to be sure that this is the case. If it is caused by surgery, in most cases there are no remedies to that.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
