Brief Answer: Causes to restless leg syndrome (RLS) Detailed Answer: Hi, I have gone through you query carefully and feel sorry for the situation you are in. I have noticed in your medical history that you are using Lexapro. Studies have reported cases of RLS when patients have been using Lexapro. I suggest to talk to your doctor about this side effect in order to change therapy. You are also reporting liver dysfunction and high blood pressure. I'd like to know if you are being treated about it and the current medications. With regards to other causes to RLS, they might also include: - Vitamins deficiencies (iron, folate, magnesium, vit.B12) - Peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes - lumbosacral radiculopathy - rheumatological diseases Further evaluations should be run to diagnose the proper cause and start proper treatment in time. Hope it was of help! Let me know if you have further queries! Dr.Albana
