Brief Answer:
Get investigations done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

Muscle spasms occur due to many reasons including increase blood sugar levels, dehydration, deranged potassium, sodium, calcium, vitamin B12 deficiency, increase serum uric acid levels

So I advise you to get E.S.R, serum uric acid, RA factor, C.R.P, fasting blood sugar levels, serum sodium, potassium, calcium and vitamin B12 levels done and send me the report.

Till then you can take aceclofenac + thiocochicoside combination three times a day, calcium supplements, vitamin B12.

Drink a lot of water.

Have balanced diet including seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.

Avoid morning walk for at least one week.

I hope it helps.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
