What Causes Reduced Menstrual Bleeding And Brown Patches On Face After Taking Clomid?

Question: I have a shbg level of 179 nmol ... in april i took 50mg of clomid per day for 5 days....i got my period may 9th and it was heavy, within 15 mins of getting my period i went to the toilet and a large yellow mass came out of my vagina. It was the size of a golf ball. May 13th i started my second round of clomid. My partner was arrested and jailed may 15th. So i stopped clomid... since than i ve had my period monthly....but have noticed its ending within 2 days....my stomach has a small bump that people can notice....my forehead started to get brown patchy marks on it and i felt movement on my upper right hand side of my tummy approx a few weeks ago. I have taken many pregnancy tests in the last few days and some of them are negative and some of them have shown the faintest line and i mean the faintest line only noticeable when really looking at it from different angles, but a line no doubt. I bought a doppler yesterday and it detects a heart beat between 167 to 176bpm...i also forgot to mention that back on may 7th i took a pregnancy test to see if clomid worked and it showed positive. But than as i said i got my period may 9th....my question is could i be pregnant?

Brief Answer:
You are unlikely to be pregnant now.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Since you got your periods then and also thereafter, you are unlikely to be pregnant. It is possible that you conceived initially but the conceptus failed to establish itself and you got heavy bleeding thereafter. But since you got the periods thereafter, I do not think that you are pregnant. It is possible that the uterus was enlarged slightly due to the possible initial pregnant state which probably ended up in a missed abortion. But you should get a lower abdomen ultrasound done to evaluate the exact status at present.

Brief Answer:
The lower abdominal ultrasound will make things clearer.

Detailed Answer:
Although I think of the doppler report to be some instumental error, the high blood levels mentioned could occur due to ectopic or conditions like hydatidiform mole. However, I insist you not to get apprehensive. The lower abdominal ultrasound will make things clearer.
