What Causes Redness In Eye After Taking Novaclox Post Root Canal Treatment?

Question: hi,
i had root canal treatment on Saturday and on antibiotics medicine:novaclox-lb. i am having redness in my eye from this morning, but not burning sensation except for some mild irritation. can i use neospirin-h tonight and wait for the improvement

Read your query, understand your concern as you have undergone Root canal treatment now you have redness , mild irritation this can be related to Eye Dryness ,eye fatigue or Enviromental cause includes dust, sun exposure, air borne chemical irritants also.

For this you should stay out of enviroment causing irritation, you can protect your eye wearing sunglasses that will help in reducing light senstivity, Eat balanced diet , Take proper sleep , You can take vitamin A supplements by consulting your local doctor.

You can use eye drop like Artificial tear eye drops or Neospirin by consulting with your local doctor , If symptom wont subside then you require examination by eye doctor for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment depending upon severity .
