Posted on Wed, 18 May 2016
Question: Sudden onset if red itchy hands dorsal aspect of both hands. Initially lots like small petechia on the skin then progresses to a red rash. There is a burning sensation and is extremely itchy. Happened previously about 2 months ago and only lasted about 36 hours and then went away completely. Have been taking Benadryl initially thinking it was an allergic response but no relief from same. Any ideas
