Question: I msaturated very hard and squeezed hard last night. Now I have about 10 red dots on my glans did I go to hard?

how long should it take to go away 1-3 days??. also my girl friend leaves for two weeks tomorrow and today is my birthday. will very gentle sex hurt me or her... or is it absolutely no sex. I will play sick if I have To.
