Brief Answer:
treatment advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello, the description written by you looks like that of folliculutis which is very common after shaving or hair removal from that area.
Apply clindamycin cream over the affected area and give her tablet amoxycillin-clavulanic acid 625 mg thrice a day for 3 days.
See for improvement and in case there is no improvement visit a dermatologist at the earliest.
Kindly get her blood sugar levels tested and keep the affected area dry and ventilated by wearing loose clothes.
Take care.
