Question: Hello doctor, i have on and off allergy. I get red and itchy. My throat is also sometimes itchy and little heavy. I feel i have swallowing issues sometimes. Sometimes When i itch i see small bumps and that part swollen. Attached pics. Head also feels itchy. I am scared to eat anything not sure whats causing it. I am not taking any medication.

So better to consult allergist and get done eosinophil count, serum IgE level and allergy testing.
You will have to observe by yourself that with which particular thing these lesions are coming.
You must be having specific food or dust or pollen allergy.
Best treatment of allergy is identification of allergen and if possible complete avoidance of it.
Oral combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs is also beneficial in your case.
Steroid containing cream on lesions will reduce Itching.
So consult allergist and discuss all these.

I forgot to mention i have itchy feeling on ears , eyebrows, and corner of eyes. My lips feel itchy and very slight swollen on left li. Does this require immediate attention or wait till i get doctor appointment? Thanks for letting me know. XXXX
