Brief Answer:
You may need further investigation to rule out any foot pathology.

Hello

I have read your query,

You may need further investigation to rule out any foot pathology.

I will advise you X ray and blood investigation to rule out arthritis or plantar fasciitis.

Consult your doctor for further investigation.

Physiotherapy like ultrasound and TENS may help you.

Hi,

The symptoms are:-

1) Pain around and below the heels
2) High in the morning(not all days. Only if I exercise). Goes away after sometime after walking.
3) If I stand on the legs for too much then pain comes back.
4) The issue only started after trekking.
5) I have no family history of arthritis.

Is Plantar fasciitis a dangerous disease?
