Brief Answer:
Diagnosis:lyme disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

I have gone through your question and the attached picture.
The symptoms and the rash your husband is experiencing after a tick bite is highly suggestive of lyme disease. Lyme disease is caused by bacterial infection transmitted by tick bite.
It is important to initiate early treatment with antibiotics to avoid heart problems, meningitis and chronic arthritis.
So please be advised to follow up with nearest urgent care to get started on antibiotics.Doxycycline is the antibiotic of choice for lyme disease.

Hope this answers your questions
