I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Your symptoms could be related to chronic arthritis of the hand joints, including finger joints.

This feeling is not related to blood pressure values, as your actual blood pressure values are within the normal ranges.

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with a rheumatologist for a careful physical exam and some tests:

- complete blood count
- PCR, ESR for inflammation
- calcium plasma levels
- uric acid plasma levels
- rheumatoid factor levels.

Further tests may be needed.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
