Brief Answer:
digestive issues

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
You are at the age when food intolerances can start showing up. The most common one is lactose intolerance which is in all dairy products. It can cause bloating, cramping and diarrhea but often people only have the bloating. The next most common intolerance is gluten which is in all wheat and grain products and that is much harder to eliminate from your diet.
The next possibility is that for some reason you do not have the normal bacterial in your gut that help with digestion. The solution to this is to add probiotics to your diet. Eating fermented foods like sauerkraut or picked foods can also add back that normal gut bacteria.
If I were you I would first try eliminating all dairy for a few weeks and adding some probiotic tablets daily.
The antacids are okay for temporary relief but they do not treat the problem and are not meant to be used long-term.
I hope this helps
