What Causes Recurrent And Red Spots On The Penis That Reappear After Masturbation?
Question: Since few years, time to time there are small pink or red dots on my penis glans and initially I applied candid cream and they went away in few days.
Time to time it appears and one of my friends introduced a cream called beclomin when I had a balanitis situation at one time.
And when I apply it, the tiny red dots dissappear very fast and I apply it for 4 to 5 days
I have noticed that when I masturbate frequently, there is more chance it coming back. I'm washing my penis after ejaculating.
Recently it has started again and few pink tiny red dots appeared eith a very mild itchy sensation. Previously there are times that these dots appear without a mild itchy sensation.
So this time, I reaf few online articles and tried applying a cream called Micogel (miconozole). When applied for 2 days, the itching increased and few more pink dots appeard. Then I switched to Candid-B yesterday and it seems working but very mild itching is still there
Please tell me what should I do

I do masturbate frequently (at night or early morning)
sometimes if I leave semen unwashed over night, few red or pink dots appear but some times they are not itchy
when I have sex with my wife once a week or once in 2 weeks with and without condoms. When I wear condoms, nothing happens. But if I do without condoms, sometimes I get these tiny pink dots on the following day on my glans on random locations and then I apply beclomin and refrain from sex or masturbation for few days and it goes away.
I do not take any antibiotics and etc
I got this first before getting married and frequency incresed after getting married

UTI cases were treated by a consultant with anti biotic courses.
Her fungal infection went away after applying Candid cream and still sometimes she gets her vagina itchy when she is getting closer to her periods and she thinks its normal

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take anti fungal medicines like capsule itraconazole 200 mg 2 capsules single dose stat and apply sertaconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks.
Also keep the area dry and clean.
For itching you can take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime for few days.
These are prescription drugs and need to be taken under the supervision of the doctor.

also do I have to limit masturbation or completely stop for two weeks?
