What Causes Radiating Pain Under Right Breast, Right Abdomen, Chest And Throat?

Question: I have pain under my right breast area/upper right abdomen. then radiates up to my center of chest & throat and also pain between shoulder blades. slight trouble swallowing also. happens night and day.

The most probable reason of your symptoms is GERD (gastroesophageal acid reflux disease). It is caused by excessive stomach acid production and regurgitation of the acid to esophagus.
When you swallow water it gives instant and short relief. That is very characteristic for such condition.

The another possible reason are gallstones. But this seems less probable.

I suggest you to start with diet modification and antiacid intake. Please avoid fatty foods, fired foods, coffee, alcohol, chocolate, orange juices. Do not eat 2 hours before sleeping. Start Omeprazole 20 mg intake.

If this wont help, consult your doctor and have abdominal ultrasound done.
