Brief Answer:
It is a sign of urinary tract infection and not cancer!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these findings and all the disturbing thoughts this has caused you. I have reviewed your information fully and it is not suggestive of cancer. Cancer would never cause puts to be present in the examination. Blood is typical of cancers but with pus, it is typical of an infection and not cancer. I will suggest that you get a culture and antibiotics testing to identify what the germ is and what antibiotics are likely to treat this infection.

In all, these findings are not suggestive of a bladder cancer and more suggestive of an infection. I will recommend a culture and antibiotic testing, then treatment.

I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
