Brief Answer:
not a known side effect

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

All medications are associated with potential side effects but post menopausal bleeding is not a known side effect of this medication.
It would not occur as a result of using this drug.

Post menopausal bleeding may be associated with benign (non cancerous) or more serious causes .
The potential benign causes are: (1)polyps (out growths) in the endometrium (inner lining of the uterus)
(2)atrophic vaginitis (where the vaginal walls become thin and and dry due to lack of estrogen)
(3)infections
(4)thinning of the endometrium
(5)side effect of medications such as warfarin, heparin , aspirin which thin the blood

Endometrial cancer (cancer of the lining of the uterus ) can also cause bleeding BUT this is the cause of bleeding in only 20% of persons presenting with postmenopausal bleeding.
IN most persons there is a non cancerous cause.

Your doctor would determine the cause by imaging and also would likely suggest a biopsy of the endometrium.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
