deworm. multivitamin supplementation

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM
Deworm the baby with 10 ml of albendazole one.
I suggest you multivitamin supplements with B1, B12, B6 vitamin combination.
I also suggest you Vitamin D estimation to be done along with supplementation of Vitamin D (Calcerol sachets one sachets once a week). Discuss all about this with your doctor.
Avoid junk spicy food causing lot of hyper acidity.

Brief Answer:
Hyperacidity is a more likely cause here

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Now days children are experiencing a lot of hyperacidity which is a important cause of cramps.
Spicy Junk food like chips, cold drinks, burger, pizzas are notorious for the hyperacidity.
These food habits to be changed and replaced with fruits.
PPI drugs like lansoperazole regularly for 4 to 6 weeks daily helps a lot in relieving such cramps.
