Question: Hi, just want some advice I have had some stomach cramps and nausea for the last 3 weeks with diarea. Today I went to the toilet and it was black watery diarea

Hi
As per your description, it looks like infection of Gastrointestinal tract,particularly large bowel. It could be due to ingestion of contaminated food or water.
Please avoid outside food.Before drinking, water should be boiled and cooled.
Do not take plain water.Take Oral rehydration solution which contains electrolytes.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Levofloxacin 250mg twice daily for 5 days and Pre and Probiotic capsule twice daily for 5 days to my patients with similar complaints.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and get appropriate prescription.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.
