Brief Answer:
Analgesic spray and tablet Diclofenac 50 mg twice daily

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query.
Presently I would suggest you apply volini (analgesic) spray to affected part.
Take tablet Diclofenac 50 mg twice daily after food for a week. You should be fine with this measures.

If the symptoms persist after this measures I would suggest you to visit orthopedician for examination and further help.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
