Brief Answer:
Take rest and Fluids

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Sometimes due to acute severe pain or pressure, dizziness or presyncopal symptoms like feeling of blackouts or loss of consciousness can occur.
You need not to worry, just take rest in supine sleeping position, plenty of Fluids.
Vertigo medication can be taken if symptoms do not improve.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
