Brief Answer:
Please give additional information and post clear photographs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
I can understand the plight when one goes through the situation you are going through.
To recapitulate: Male/46 - amputee - pain mess 12 years - swelling on the right upper side of the abdomen *for months - visited a Doctor - CT and Endo normal - feel sick and nausea every day - wants to know what to do next...

Please give me some details so that I can assist you better:
- How was the problem started and what were the symptoms in initial days?
- Where exactly the mass and what is the size, shape?
- Is the swelling easily palpable?
- Is it XXXXXXX or fixed?
- What are the other symptoms that the swelling is causing or otherwise?

Till then try to get a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations like ultrsaonography of the affected area and if the lump is present to go for FNAC (fine needle aspiration cytology). A proper clinical examination by a General Surgeon can give you a better diagnosis.
If the swelling can be seen, please post the clear photographs too.

Waiting for your feedback.
