Brief Answer:
avoid sex,rest, do ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
First he should avoid sexual intercourse and masturbation till symptoms pass. In most cases this is self limiting and no consequences will happen. However,he should do testicle and prostate ultrasound and urine culture to rule out prostate and testicle disorders not related to injury.

Wish you good health

Brief Answer:
it is ok

Detailed Answer:
No permanent consequances will happen. It is advisbale to avoid swimming till antibiotic therapy is over.
