Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic. I, Dr Abhishek Kapoor, would help you in this query

Panic attacks and shaking are towards anxiety disorder. Sometime, anxiety symptoms are part of personality disorder. Please tell me your symptoms, so i could make a diagnosis in your case and give you some suggestion. Whatever you have mentioned, is not enough to make a diagnosis. Please answers few questions:

1. Your mood throughout the day?
2. Your interaction with people?
3. What do you do?
4. What is your behavior with your family members?
5. What time do you feel anxiety symptoms?
6. How is your behavioral at childhood or school time?

Brief Answer:
You have generalized anxiety disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Sorry for responding so late. I have read all of your symptoms, you have mentioned and i think, you have generalized anxiety disorder with depression. Panic attacks and anxiety would go in favor of generalized anxiety disorder and paronoid ideation, low mood, sleep disturbance, negative thoughts would go in favor of depression.

In that case, you need antidepressant. Being a psychiatrist, i would prefer tab paroxetine in your case. It would control both anxiety as well as depressive symptoms. You can also take low dose benzodiazepine like clonazepam with it, but these drugs are not available over the counter. You need prescription from a psychiatrist or physician.

You can also take help of psychologist for relaxation technique like JPMR or cognitive behavioral therapy. After death of your sister, you are scared to talk to people, but this could lead to social dysfunction in your life. Being a social animal, we like to talk to people, but sometime due to some incidence, we try to adjust our life accordingly and that lead to psychological problem. Same thing is happening with you. In this area, a psychologist would help you.

In case, you need further help, you can ask.
