Brief Answer:
radiculopathy

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query

I am Dr. Alok and very pleased to be assisting you with your health questions today.

I think that probably you have rediculopathy. In this condition, nerves are compressed in neck or shoulder region and you feel numbness and pain. mostly it is diagnosed by MRI and treated by simple painkiller and physiotherapy and some time, by steroids

to confirm it, you need to see your doctor
Hope this helps and provides answers to your question.
