Brief Answer:
Dysbacteriosis or parasitic infections can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to dysbacteriosis or parasitic infection.

Doing a stool routine and culture is well appreciated to rule out this. In such case antibiotic therapy and probiotics will be helpful to normalize your condition.

I would suggest combination of antibiotics like ofloxacin and ornidazole in my patients with such condition. Probiotics like sacharomyces boulardii is also given. You can also take kefir , yogurt , bananas etc to normalize the bowel flora.
If there is no improvement then a consultation with gastroenterologist should be done to rule out other pathology.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

It can be C difficile.

Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up query.

It can be c difficile. In such case antibiotics like metronidazole (Flagyl) and probiotics like saccharomyces boulardii helps. Take fluids and electrolytes according to loss. ORS , tender coconut water etc is good for this. Get treatment earlier as it can lead to complications requiring surgical management.
