Brief Answer:
It could be due to infection of the gut.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
The pain could be due to infection of the gut.I prescribe Antibiotic like Levofloxacin 250mg twice daily along with anti spasmodic tablet containing Dicyclomine to my patients with similar complaints.
If there is no response, I will ask for Ultrasound abdomen and rule out Appendicitis.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards.

Hi,

Thanks for you suggestions. I usually get the pain early in the morning before taking the breakfast. As soon as I take the breakfast, I start bloating. Does that ring anything related to the infection of guts? Thanks.

Brief Answer:
The site of the pain is important.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
If the pain is above bellybutton and if there is bloating after food, then it is related to acid peptic disease.
I prescribe Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole along with Levosulpiride to my patients with similar complaints.
It is not related to infection of the gut.

Hi, The pain is under the belltybutton. In the middle of that area. Pain comes early in the morning, though you need to gently press the area. It should be the hypogastric region as per this image:

As soon as complete the breakfast, I start bloating.
